Is a Spaldeen ball good for playing handball? Also, what about a Penn racquet ball?

Also, what is it like to play handball with the small hard official ball? (compared to the big blue one)|||actually it is great for playing handball. I'm not sure about a penn racket ball though.





I play with my friends all the time.
