Hey everybody, I was just wondering how would I go about requesting to put up a handball court inside of a park. I a moving upstate soon and I notice there are no handball courts up there. Who would I speak to regarding this matter and how would I convince them to put one up?
I am moving specifically to Wappinger Falls, New york.
