How do you take out the lens in handball/racquetball goggles?

my lens keep on fogging up and i've seen other players without the lens. How do you take it out?|||Try to push it out from the inside. If the goggles are made of something that can bend, try to stretch the outsides of it to get the lens out, but I really don't know.
