It was a terrible decision in the Matilda's game by the ref to call play on after the player (not the goalkeeper) caught the ball in the penalty box and then threw it away.|||I agree, that was a terrible call by the referee! And on top of that the sideline ref didn't do a thing about it either. It should have been a red card and a penalty kick for Australia. Fortunately it didn't really decide the game since they came back in the second half and pummeled the other team. After the game the referee did apologize and say that she missed the call, but there should be some type of consequence for that player, it was a disgusting move for the sport of soccer.|||Heu... If the local male footballers couldn't make it to the Fifa world cup... How about having hope with the females here for a Fifa world cup...? Respect the local women here...
