How do you whip in handball?

There are a lot of posts on how to whip in handball but people are just giving the definition of it. Can someone make a video, or give a detailed guide on how to actually do it?|||a really fast mtion|||By "Whip"; do you mean NOT hitting the ball stiff arm and flat handed? If so, just kind of "cup" your hand. Then let the ball "roll" from the bottom of your hand, travel the lenghth of your hand and leave at your fingertips.
