Is using your shoulder still handball?

I've seen a video of Ronaldinho where he is under pressure from 3 opponents so he flicked it up onto his shoulder and ran on! dead funny but should the ref call a handball?|||No, if it hits your bicep or tricep, it's hand ball but not up on your shoulder.

I wish you put a link to the video so i could tell you exactly if it was handball or not.|||No if shoulder the ball its not a hand ball only if u handball it less than the height of ur biceps|||u can use ur shoulder in soccer just can't use ur hands|||no, it has to be on the bicep/tricep area for handball, im a soccer ref just to let you know|||No.|||Nope, because the shoulder is considered part of the torso. Handling the ball is deemed to be deliberate if the referee believes that the player attempted to control the ball with the hand or any part of the arm ("hand-to-ball"). If the ball strikes the hand or arm of a player inadvertently then it is not deemed an offense ("ball-to-hand").
