What excercise can you do to help handball?

By handball i mean american handball (against a wall) or if not excercise something that will help you with handball that u can do without a handball court|||Get a ball, go outside, practice bouncing against the solid bricks of your house.





Practing sidestepping. Bounce the ball high/away from you, run and jump to grab it, pivot when you land and then you would pass/take a shot but just leave it.|||actually a good way to practice handball is to throw the ball. I don't mean to beam the ball with all your strength but just throw it enough so you can get it to the wall and back because if you throw too hard you can throw out your arm. Also learn how to position yourself so that you can box out the guy and don't be afraid to be a bit cheesy because its all part of the game.|||Get a ball, go outside, practice bouncing against the solid bricks of your house.
