What are some helpful handball strategies and plans?

Im in junior high and my school is having a handball tournament. what are some good strategies you have??|||I'm in junior high, too. We are playing this in gym.





Defense: Spread out along the goalie crease. Wherever the ball is, have the defense "shift" or move in the direction of the ball to block it. Don't clump up. Bend at your knees and have your hands up in the air, it makes you faster and more defensive. Have a "chaser" if possible.





Offense: Make short, quick passes. Don't try to pass across the court. That gives the defense a chance to steal the ball or the pass may not end up completed. Attempt tricking the defense. Act like you're going to pass the ball to "Brad" but fake them out and throw it in the opposite direction to "Kelsey." Create a plan with your team. You could have "Brad" in front of "Kailee" and have him act like he's going to throw it to "Allisen" but instead, have him fake them out and hand it to "Kailee." "Kailee" could run to one side of the goal and throw the ball to "Taylor" who is at the opposite side, which confuses the defense and "Taylor" could make the shot.
