Can anyone explain the difference between the cheat of Henry (handball) vs Suarez's Hand of the Devil?

both were deliberate handballs to win their respective matches.|||Yup, it's easy...





Henry used to GIFT a goal to France, Suarez used to GIFT a place in the SF for Uruguay.. lol..





Seriously, Henry used it to pass the ball to Gallas who later scored it, Henry was a rogue and a cheat for the WHOLE WORLD and Suarez blocked the ball with his hand, and is hated by well, the world except his contrymen who think he's a national hero..:(:(|||How is one a cheat and the other a hero?





I think its the British media being Francophobic and the American media being anti-France. The truth is, Thierry Henry gave the English-speaking world the perfect opportunity to stab France in the back, and call them the 'cheating Frogs' or whatever.





Because honestly, you would be a fool to think Henry's handball was worse than Suarez's, even if it did go unpunished.





Which do you think is worse? Two taps on the ball with one hand and then crossing the ball on the 100th minute, or blocking a certain goal with both hands in the 120th minute?





I'm not an Henry fan, but I just think what he got was unjust compared to what the media have branded Suarez's heroic handball. Also, Luis Fabiano handballed twice that led to him scoring a goal himself against the Ivory Coast. It was a similar thing to Henry, but nobody talked about Fabiano, which makes me think that Henry copped it simply because he was French.|||neither have been put up on a Pedestal as a hero they've just been handled (no pun intended) differently


the henry incident was easily and quickly forgotten about because it was to everyone (apart from those of the republic of ireland) just another game


but....


the media were creaming their pants en mass at the thought of an african team going all the way in the african world cup were supporting ghana because the world cup was being staged in africa ( next time round in brazil will the same commentators being force feeding us cr*p that argentina, Uruguay,peru columbia etc are wearing brazil strips and waving the flag of brazil because they are all part of south america)


so when ghana were knocked out and the fairytale came to an end it was easier to look for a villain (suarez) to blame rather then saying ghana were sh*t and bottled it when it came down to


1. the last minute penalty miss


and


2. the penalty shoot out|||yes in 1 case only a little island cried and whined like babies (i.e no one cares). and in the other a whole continent got angry and whined because they realised that africans are not good a footy even when it's being played in their homeland. GO Suarez!|||Henry helped get the winning goal with that hand ball while Suarez just gave them a chance to take them to a penalty shootout. Ghana could have still won that game.|||Wrong....Gyan MISSEd his penalty kick..





Henry just got away with it..





it happens in all ther matches,it's just that these games of bigger multutude gets the press|||Aww well it's all in the past.....they weren't the first and won't be the last to do this
