How do you make a handball softer?

I have a handball and its kind of hard and i want to make it soft. How can i make a handball soft fast?|||I guess constantly squeezing it would help. idk|||An old trick that i used was to put the ball on the floor and step on it with all your weight and bounce up and down on it do this for like 2 min and the ball usually gets a lil softer. Another way is put it in the microwave for a minute the ball will be very hard when you take it out but will then get softer as it cools. hope it helps.|||There are no ways to make it softer. A lot of people tried to make it softer by stepping on it, but it never works. =)))))|||poke it with a needle
