Even though this category was made for team handball rather than the less popular court handball people are obviously using it for both so my solution is that we just start labeling our questions for the type we are asking about.|||You should actually ask Yahoo! about this situation. Ask then if they can extend the Handball category further.

For example court handball was invented in Ireland.
While team Handball is what is played mostly throughout continental Europe , North Africa, and in parts of Asia. This version has professional league teams , a world championships, and has been apart of the Summer Olympics since 1972. With the exception of the Olympics is played during the winter.
