How long can a man endure without playing handball?

I was wondering if a man can really stop playing handball for a long period of time and will the bank in our body be over flow, or stop producing the white stuff.Some say that it will discharge by itself through urine. Answer form Doctor and specialist are most welcome.|||lol now i know what u mean
