How is Volleyball like basketball, baseball, tennis, and handball?

According to many history sites, volleyball made by blending the elements of basketball, baseball, tennis, and handball. I have some idea on how it is like tennis and handball, but how is it like basketball and baseball? ESPECIALLY baseball. THNX|||basketball - in vball u pass the ball around trying to run a play so u can get the best shot at scoring a point...the setter is like the point guard in basketball setting the ball to the right spot so the hitter has the best possible play on the ball...also the defensive idea in vball is to use help defense to shut down a good hitter by creating a blocking wall...also if u notice the stance of a vball player receiving a serve or spike to that of a defender in basketball the stance is very similar

baseball - ball placement...in baseball the catcher and pitcher have a means of signaling what type of pitch and the location of the pitch and the two will work together extensively to perfect it so the ball goes exactly where the pitcher wants and where the catcher will expect it...in vball the same thing happens between the setter and the hitters...there is a generic system of numbers used by most teams that give a general idea of where to place the ball on the set...however each team's setter will work with their hitters as to fine-tune where the location should b on the set|||baseball has 3 strikes, volleyball has 3 contacts per side

basketball uses the same hardwood floors, and one of the easiest ways to teach setting is to have them pretend its a chest pass, but on top of your head.|||Well..basketball and baseball have a ball in it...so does volleyball?|||they all have BALLS
